Anthony is a chartered accountant with over 25 years' experience in the finance and manufacturing sectors in Australia and the UK. This includes 7 years' private equity experience with Accretion and, earlier, 5 years' investment banking experience with Samuel Montagu & Co (now part of the HSBC group). He has also worked with Direct Capital Private Equity, a relationship which led to him participate as an investor and CFO in the management buy-in of Moore Australasia, a Melbourne based commercial printing business with revenues of $125m that was successfully exited after 3 years in 2001. Anthony has been a director of a number of investee businesses in manufacturing, business services and information technology. He is based in Melbourne.

Anthony's hands-on operating experience enables Accretion to work closely with investee businesses to develop and execute business plans which will add incremental shareholder value.
