Accretion has a well established record in adding value to its investees by providing input from both a financial and an operational perspective.

Accretion seeks to appoint a director to the Board of its investees. From this position it actively engages with senior management and other shareholders to develop and implement an appropriate business plan. A key focus is to ensure that the investee has adequate resources, including a motivated management team, to deliver the outcomes detailed in the plan.

Accretion may provide follow-on funding where this is necessary to drive organic growth or to make business acquisitions.

Accretion will seek to form strong ongoing working relationships with the senior management of its investees.
