Exit

Accretion generally seeks to exit its investments within 5 years.

The exit can be alongside some or all of the other shareholders and can take a variety of forms including a trade sale, IPO, recapitalisation or secondary transaction.

Exit intentions are an integral part of the business planning process. They will therefore be fully communicated to and agreed with management and other shareholders and executed in a way that causes minimum disruption to the business.
