Investment Parameters

For investments that it originates, Accretion will provide up to $10m of funding. This typically equates to an enterprise value of between $10m and $50m and an equity interest exceeding 30%.

We invest in established Australian and New Zealand businesses in most sectors. We do not invest in start-up or early stage ventures or in businesses whose value is based predominantly on real estate prices.

We look for businesses with strong management teams and a sustainable competitive advantage. We are not deterred if those businesses have incurred or are facing short term difficulties as we are prepared and able to support management teams through periods of change.
