Peter is the CEO and founder of Accretion. He has over 24 years' experience in private equity, incorporating investment management roles with Citicorp Capital Investors (7 years), NM Rothschild & Sons (10 years) and Accretion (7 years). He has been a director of numerous investee businesses in industries including manufacturing, retail, media, business services and information technology. Peter is the longest serving director of the Australian Private Equity & Venture Capital Association Limited (1992 to 2007) and was its Chairman in 1998. In 2009 Peter received the Australian Private Equity & Venture Capital Association lifetime contribution to the industry award. Peter is based in Sydney.

Peter's extensive contact base in the Australasian private equity industry places Accretion in a good position to identify and negotiate later stage private equity investments, particularly those being sold by private equity managers.
