Team

The Accretion team comprises its principals, Peter Chapman and Anthony Duncan, and an investment executive, Nigel Johnston.  Together we have substantial financial and operating experience in small-to-medium sized enterprises.  Our prime focus is on business fundamentals rather than financial engineering.  We are pragmatic and always aim to provide a high level of personal attention.

Accretion is wholly owned by its two principals. Their interests are aligned with the interests of Accretion's investors through their own personal investments in Accretion's funds and through incentives related to investment performance.
