Accretion is a specialist manager of later stage private equity investments in Australasia.

We raise funds from investors to invest in small-to-medium sized unlisted enterprises. Our investment focus is on secondary direct, buyout and expansion capital transactions.

We also focus on replacement manager roles for investors with existing portfolios requiring remedial action.

Since its formation in 2002, Accretion has managed private equity investments of over $75m and has recently launched Accretion V, a new fund that will provide amounts of up to $10m for later stage Australasian private equity transactions.

Our direct experience covers many industries including manufacturing, logistics, retail, media, information technology and business services.
