Accretion is a specialist manager of later stage private equity investments in Australasia.

Funds managed by Accretion invest in buyout, expansion and secondary direct transactions involving small-to-medium sized unlisted enterprises with established markets for their products or services.

Since its formation in 2002, Accretion has managed private equity investments of over $75m and has recently launched Accretion V, a new fund that will provide amounts of up to $10m for later stage Australasian private equity transactions.
